Our staff includes journey-level carpenters, accomplished tile setters, drywall finishers, painters and  master finish carpenters.  Having qualified crewmembers on staff allow us to complete your project “in house” with our employees.

Island Hammer LLC’s estimator has over 29 years of “hands on” remodel and repair construction field experience. His in depth understanding of construction practices, current material and labor costs allows us to provide effective and successful remodel strategies.

We maintain an extensive list of qualified sub-contractors for all of the trades. All of our sub-contractors have filed the required certificates of insurance and contractor registration forms with our office, respond promptly to our requests, and provided the highest level of quality service we demand.

No, we are a full service remodel contractor. Our staff and management have extensive experience in remodels, “if your house is built, we will work on it!
